    The price of the property includes, among others:

    • Notary and registry fees,
    • Lawyer’s fees (if you use one).

  • 3. How long does the entire purchase process take?+

    If the documentation is complete, the entire process can take from 4 to 8 weeks – from the moment of booking the property to signing the notarial deed.

  • 4. Can I take out a mortgage in Spain as a foreigner?+

    Yes, banks in Spain offer loans to non-residents – usually up to 60-70% of the property value. Documents confirming income and creditworthiness are required.
